Pat Igoe, Principal, Newbury Builders/Newbury Properties
As principal of Newbury Properties, Pat oversees all aspects of property management, sales and marketing for Newbury condominium and apartment communities. Pat has more than 30 years of experience in central Ohio property management. She has marketed more the $100,000,000 in real estate and served as a trustee of the Columbus Board of Realtors and the Ohio Association of Realtors. In 1999, she became the first female president of the Columbus Apartment Association. She serves on the boards of Sky Bank and the Columbus Catholic Foundation.

Steve Newcomb, Principal, Newbury Builders, Newbury Homes
Steve founded Newbury Homes in 1992 and co-founded Newbury Builders in 1998. Today, the companies develop and build both single-family and multi-family projects. Steve manages the construction and planning aspects of both businesses and has a pivotal role in plan development, land acquisition and zoning. He has spent his entire career in the real estate development and housing business in central Ohio. He earned a BA degree in 1992 from Miami of Ohio University.

Scott Newcomb, Principal, Newbury Builders
Scott manages the financial side of Newbury Builders including banking, budgeting and financial matters during acquisition, development and construction. He also participates in new business development, zoning and municipal matters. His financial career included stops at the Energy Investors Fund in Boston, MA and the Prudential Capital Corporation. Scott is a member of the Executive Committee of the Columbus Apartment Association and holds a BA in economics from Denison University and an MBA from New York University.

Ed White, Principal, Newbury Homes
Ed became a principal in Newbury Homes in 1998. Today, Ed skillfully manages the construction and sales functions as well as the daily business and customer relationships for Newbury Homes. He works closely with each Newbury customer to help them create and build the home they desire. Ed oversees land acquisition, budgeting and expertly negotiates material and labor contracts. He is also involved in business development for Newbury Homes. Ed is a 1992 graduate for The Ohio State University and is a member of the BIA Registered Builders Program, Moen Builders Advisory Council and the Greater Powell Veteran's Memorial Foundation Committee.
