Gary Young, Construction Manager
A second-generation home builder, Gary has been building homes in central Ohio for 35 years. He works closely with Newbury Homes customers and the laborers who build the homes, ensuring a smooth construction process. He learned the home building business from his father and from years of experience in the various home building trades. He has earned awards as supervisor and production manager of the year.

Kim Barry, Sales Administrator
Kim is the liaison between Newbury’s sales and production departments. She coordinates activities between Newbury’s various vendors/suppliers and our customers to help ensure a smooth building process for each Newbury Homes customer. Kim also develops and coordinates décor for Newbury’s model homes.

Kim Newcomb, Controller
Kim handles the daily and long term financial management of Newbury Homes and works closely with the management team to ensure the financial health of the company. She is a CPA and has previously worked at large and small public accounting firms prior to joining Newbury Homes.

Drew Corso, Project Manager
Drew has been in the construction industry for 8 years. His responsibilities include the site supervision and scheduling of our multifamily projects. Drew delivers a quality product to our customers in a way that is typical of his background in the construction of custom homes. Drew was raised in Columbus where he graduated from De-Sales High School and has a B.S. in finance from Franklin University.

Kathy Schnetzler, Sales Consultant
Kathy was raised in the building industry. She brings more than 28 years experience in all aspects of sales and marketing, including the last 7 years in new home construction sales. She was recently recognized by the BIA of Cleveland for being a consistent top sales producer.
